Finally! Picked up the Jeep today and got it home!

My Jeep is ready!
The dealer called on Friday and said the that my Jeep was at the dealership and ready for pickup on Saturday. I was out of town so went by on Sunday but they were closed and I could not take delivery, but I got to see it and touch it.

According the mother ship, my Jeep was supposed to be at the dealer today but it still sits in the rial yard waiting for a carrier to pick it up…. been sitting there just under a week now. Taunting me…

At the Rail Yard
I had a status update that the train had arrived at the yard where they unload them. I did some Google Earth search and found the yard and took a trip down there to see what I could see… and there it was. My jeep, unloaded and waiting for delivery to the dealer.

It looks like Chrysler may have disabled the “back door” that everyone was using to get status updates on their vehicles. Now I have to rely on message boards and calling the Jeep 1-800 number for updates. I called the 800 number today and was told that my Jeep is now on the train some where in Illinois.

2013 JKUR Window Sticker
I was going through all the local dealers websites, seeing if anyone had a Wrangler in Rock Lobster on the lot so that I could see the color and I ran across my Jeep that I ordered. The dealer websites get updated automatically so I was able to get my Window Sticker.
